William Martin Shahan, age 67, of Elkton, MD, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021. Born in Wilmington, DE, on November 15, 1953, he was the son of Betty Zawaski Shahan, New Castle, DE, and the late John Shahan.

Mr. Shahan was a laborer at the Port of Wilmington, and an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife of 13 years, Joan F. Frazer-Shahan; children, Anne Shahan Hollerman, William M. Shahan Jr., Richard Frazer, Eric Frazer, and Heather Frazer; brothers, John Jr. and Carl; sisters, Helen and Barbara; grandchildren, Lacey Frazer, Ashley Conner, Kasey Conner, and Marian Conner;  and 2 great-grandchildren, TJ Jenkins and Jemma Jenkins.

Graveside service will be held at 2 PM, Thursday, October 21, 2021 in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. Dupont Highway, New Castle, DE.
