William Herbert Scott, 78, of Belcamp, MD passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Born in Elkton, MD on March 8, 1947, he was the son of the late George and Ruby Dennison Scott.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Harkins Scott; sisters, Fay Greenplate, Newark, DE, and Helen Bell, Felton, DE.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Darlene Scott, and siblings; George Scott, Jr, Charles Scott, David Scott, and Rebecca Hamilton.

Graveside service will be held 11 AM, Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at St. John's Cemetery, 595 Lewisville Road, Elkton, MD 21921.
