William Howard Frampton, 68, of Elkton, MD passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on August 12, 1955, he was the son of the late Vincent and Edna Fawcett Frampton.

Mr. Frampton retired as a computer technician from DuPont. He was a member of the Tuscarora Lapidary Society in Brookhaven, PA.

Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years, Joan Frampton; children, Katherine A. Frampton, Ellicot City, MD, and Sean A. Frampton, Lincoln University, PA; and brothers, James Frampton, and Michael Frampton, both of Wilmington, DE.

Services will be private.
