Tracy Ann Leinberger-Leonardi, 61, of Elkton, MD passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024. Born in Folsom, PA on April 5, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Estelle McDevitt Leinberger.

Tracy had been a freelance writer for the Cecil Whig and was a member of Mensa. She felt her most calm at the beach, and loved creating things through arts and crafts, and was excellent at sewing.

Survivors include her daughter, Savannah Leonardi; and sister, Dawn Leinberger-Poole, Upper Darby, PA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 32 years, Vincent Leonardi.
