Steven Carl Williams, 57, of Elkton, MD passed away Monday, May 6, 2019. Born in Jennersville, PA on June 29, 1961, he was the son of Carl and Dorothy Slemp Williams.

Mr. Williams was a plant supervisor for Inframark, Elkton, MD. He loved spending time with his family and new granddaughter. He enjoyed playing Madden football, watching Marvel and DC superhero movies, going on cruises, watching WWE and Friday night games at Nanci and Eddie's house.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Brenda Lee Colledge Williams, daughter, Stephanie Lynn Horsey (Robert III), Smyrna, DE; granddaughter, Hailey Jane Horsey; brothers Kenneth Dane Williams (Lynn), Bear, DE and Ernest Keith Williams (Karen), Douglasville, GA; sister-in-law, Sherri Gebhart (Clayton), Townsend, DE; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Harry and Carolyn Donivan, Efland NC and best friend, Gary Gutierrez, as well as several nieces and nephews.
