Steven Michael Phillips, 66, of Baltimore, MD passed away on Monday, March 2, 2026. Born in Elkton, MD on June 21, 1959, he was the son of the late Thomas D. Lambert and Charlotte M. Herd Brown.

Mr. Phillips, retired after many years of managing in recreational vehicle sales. He was respected for his leadership, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving others with honesty and care. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Phillips also worked as a Mary Kay representative, where his outgoing personality and natural ability to connect with others truly shined. Beyond his professional life, he had a true passion for gardening and horticulture. Mr. Phillips found great joy in nurturing plants and flowers. He was known for his unique sense of humor, generosity, and willingness to help his family and friends. Whether sharing a laugh, offering advice, or lending a hand, he made a lasting impact on those around him.

Survivors include his siblings; James J. Lambert, Elkton, MD, Darrell T. Lambert (Beth), Elkton, MD, Ronald W. Lambert (Patricia), North East, MD, Craig L. Lambert (Melissa), Newark, DE, Eva M. McIntosh, Newark, DE, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry A. Lambert.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Friday, March 6, 2026, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921, with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment will be in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton, MD.
