Steven Bruce Phillips, age 61, of Middletown, DE, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022. Born in West Chester, PA, on April 1, 1960, he was the son of the late Walter L. Phillips.

A self-employed Master Carpenter and mechanic, Mr. Phillips enjoyed the craft of woodworking.

Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Vicki L. Eveland Phillips; sons, Chuck Pennington, Steve Phillips, and Josh Phillips; and sister Diana.

Graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Bethel Cemetery, 312 Bethel Cemetery Road, Chesapeake City, MD.
