Stephen Barwick Losten, 64, of Elkton, MD, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Born in Chestertown, MD on April 24, 1959, he was the son of Barbara F. Newman, Chestertown, MD, and the late Michael T. Losten.

Mr. Losten was employed as a dredgeman, and member of International Union of Operating Engineers, Local #25, Woodbridge, NJ. He was an avid football and baseball fan, especially of the Oakland Raiders.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Losten is survived by his son Stephen Losten, North Carolina; brother, Michael Losten (Tammy), Chesapeake City, MD, and their children, Michael, Eric, and Tyler Losten; and sisters, Gail, Jackie, Shelly, and Pam.

In addition to his father, Mr. Losten was preceded in death by his nephew, Christopher.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Thursday, August 10, 2023, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD, where visitation will begin at 10 AM. Interment will be private.
