Stephen Guy Frost, affectionately known as "Winger," passed away peacefully on Friday, May 16, 2025, at the age of 73, in Chesapeake City, Maryland. Born in Delaware County, PA, Stephen was the beloved son of the late David E. Frost and Ruth Ritter Stoner (Robert).

A proud and hardworking man, Stephen dedicated his life to his craft, retiring after a long and respected career as a plumber. True to the phrase "Jack of all trades," he had a natural gift for working with his hands and excelled at anything he set out to do.

Stephen's passions extended far beyond his work. He was an avid outdoorsman who found joy and peace in hunting and fishing. Whether deep in the woods or out on the water, nature was his sanctuary. He also had a spirited love for sports, from cheering on his favorite baseball teams to the thrill of NASCAR races. For Stephen, being a fan was about more than the game—it was about the energy, excitement, and connection it brought.

But above all, Stephen's happiest moments were those spent with the people he loved most—laughing, sharing stories, and building memories that will be cherished forever. His vibrant spirit touched everyone who knew him.

Stephen is survived by his wife, Cindy Frost; his daughter, Nicole Case (John), of Claymont, DE; grandchildren, Alana, Christopher, Katrina, and Trista; great-grandchildren Hardin, Samuel, and Rylnn; his siblings, Bobbie Twaddell (Willard), of Elkton, MD, Nancy Hughes (Jimmy), of Earleville, MD, David Frost (Sandy), of Wilmington, DE, Diana Mears (Gene), of Charlestown, MD, and Thomas Frost of Elkton, MD; his stepmother, Patricia Frost; and many cherished nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life will be held 1 PM, Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Siloam United Methodist Church, 3720 Foulk Road, Boothwyn, PA 19061. Interment will be in Siloam United Methodist Church Cemetery, Boothwyn, PA.

Stephen will be deeply missed but never forgotten. His legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
