Shirley Ann Stanley Powers, 70, of Elkton, MD, passed away, Monday, February 13, 2023. Born in West Chester, PA, on May 15, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Bill, Jr., and Mary Brown Stanley.

A member of State Line Baptist Church, Mrs. Powers was a homemaker and often enjoyed taking trips to Delaware Park and Atlantic City.

Survivors include her children, Robert Erb, Jr. (Adrianna), Elkton, MD, and Heidi Evans, Coatesville, PA; grandchildren, Matthew, Maxwell, and Marcus; siblings, Wanda Spotts, Cochranville, PA, Fay Stanley, Eagle, PA, and Bert Blevins, NC; and special great nieces, Ariel and Arianna Stanley.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Powers was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Powers; brother, Jesse Stanley; and sisters, Linda Crumley, and Ginny Alessandro.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, February 17, 2023, at State Line Baptist Church, 560 Chrome Road, Rising Sun, MD, where visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
