Shelvy Jean Petrillo, age 84, of Newark, DE, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022. Born in Kingsport, TN, on September 18, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Glen and Bonnie Bledsoe Murray.

An adoring mother and grandmother, Mrs. Petrillo was a homemaker who loved being with her family. A member of the Journey Church in Newark, DE. she enjoyed golfing, bowling, and going to Disney World.

Survivors include her husband, Eugene Petrillo; children, Mark, Michael (Lori), and Shelia Petrillo, all of Newark, DE; siblings, Charlotte Tackett, Smyrna, DE, and Dwane Murray, Port Deposit, MD; 4 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be private.
