Shawn Anthony Woerner, age 32, of Elkton, MD, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021. Born in Elkton, MD, on January 17, 1989, he was the son of Florence Woerner, North East, MD, and the late John L. Combs.

Mr. Woerner was a pest control technician. He had a contagious laugh and loved being with his family. An avid Dallas Cowboys fan, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Chelsie Smith Woerner; children, Colt and Aiden Woerner; and siblings, Kelly, Sarah, and Amy Combs, and Holly Coursey.

Visitation will be held from 10 AM until 12 Noon, Friday, October 22, 2021, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD  21921. Interment will be in Cherry Hill Methodist Cemetery, Cherry Hill, MD.
