Scott Frank Cressman, 77, of Elkton, MD passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025. Born in Camden, NJ on October 6, 1947, he was the son of the late Frank and Anne Sturm Cressman.

Scott was a dedicated U.S. Army Reserves veteran, a cherished educator, and a passionate coach who impacted countless lives during his many years of service. A graduate of East Stroudsburg University, Scott devoted his career to teaching and coaching at Glasgow High School, where he taught physical education, served as a driver's education instructor, and coached both football and basketball. Outside of his professional life, Scott was an avid runner and cyclist. He also had a deep love for photography, capturing moments that reflected his zest for life. One of Scott's greatest joys was spending time at the Jersey Shore, where he found peace and relaxation by the water. He was also an avid fan of Delaware Blue Hens sports, often attending games to cheer on his team.

Scott will be deeply missed by his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, and a host of dear friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Georgia Cressman.

Services will be private.
