Ronald Blair Halsey, Sr.,81, of Elkton, MD, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021. Born in Troutdale, VA, on October 31, 1940, he was the son of the late James Charles and Anna "Lissie" Hayes Halsey.

Mr. Halsey retired from the Chrysler Corporation, Newark, DE. He enjoyed hunting, golfing, and landscaping.

Survivors include his children, Ronald Blair Halsey Jr. (Jessica), Bel Air, MD, Laurie Halsey-Minutola (Mark), Bear, DE, and step-daughter, Charlene May (Mike), Downington, PA; eleven grandchildren, and one great-grandson.

Preceded in death by his loving wife, Cynthia "Cindy" Preston Halsey, and sister, Mary Lou Slagle.

Graveside service will be held at 11 AM, Monday, December 13, 2021, in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton, MD.
