Roger Breece Hart, 83, of Elkton, MD passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026. Born in Fairwood, VA on December 14, 1942, he was the son of the late Walden W. and Mildred Halsey Hart.

Mr. Hart was the proud co-owner of DE Importers. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing. Mr. Hart was an excellent woodworker and took great pride in creating things with his hands. He also cherished the time he spent with his family and the memories they made together.

Survivors include his loving wife of 62 years; Judy Elaine Rash Hart, sister; Nancy L. Emerson (Ed), Middletown, DE and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921, with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment will be in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton, MD.
