Robert B. Yates, Jr., age 56, of Elkton, MD, passed away peacefully surrounded by family Saturday, October 2, 2021. Born in Elkton, on March 27, 1965, he was the son of the late Mary Lou Coulbourne Yates.

Mr. Yates had worked with high performance car parts. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and was also fond of anything related to race cars.

Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Tammy A. Crouch Yates; children, Ashley Yates, Amber Yates, and Amy Yates-Birney (Michael), all of Elkton, MD; grandchildren, Layne and Rylee, and also by many friends.

Private graveside service with interment in Union Cemetery.
