Peggy Jean Jones, age 81, of Elkton, MD, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022. Born in Bluefield, WV, on November 2, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Lillian Wyatt.

Peggy had worked at RMR Corporation and Blue Chip, of Elkton, where she worked as an assembler. She enjoyed baking, and often would be found making trips to Redner's Market to buy groceries so she could bake something to give to someone. Peggy had the gift of gab, and she liked any opportunity she had to sit down with friends and family and have a conversation. An avid gardener, she loved to plant flowers and maintain her garden.

Survivors include her children, Deborah Crouse (Mike), Elkton, MD, Michele Jones Hopkins (Todd), North East, MD, Sandra Siple (Tim), Lewisville, PA, Christopher Jones (Brandy), Elkton, MD, and Robin Secor (John), Elkton, MD; grandchildren, Michael Crouse (Heather), Gary Crouch, Kristen Siple, Brian Crouch, and Christopher Jones, Jr.; and great-grandchildren, Aimee and Ryan Crouse, Austin, Breanna, and Aliyah Crouch, Alyssa and Bradyn Beck, and Emily and Joey.

Funeral service and interment will be private.
