Paul Edward Foran, 70, of Bear, DE passed away on Friday, June 5, 2026. Born in Wilmington, DE on June 2, 1956, he was the son of the late Marvin Edgar and Lucy Lokill Foran.

Paul was a retired truck driver he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication throughout his years on the road. He was a small engine repair expert who could fix just about anything with a motor. Paul loved being at home and spending time with his family. He found joy in life's simple pleasures and treasured the moments shared with those he loved most.

Survivors include his loving wife of 24 years; Heather Foran, children; Ryan Foran, North East, MD, Nikki Foran, Charlestown, MD, Kylie Foran, Bear, DE stepson; Jason Weekland, Bear, DE, grandchildren; Anthony, Amaya, Alaina, Ryan, Jason, Waylon and Wyatt, brothers; Robert Foran and James Foran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, John Foran

Funeral service will be held 2 PM, Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921, with visitation beginning at 1 PM. Interment will be private.
