Patricia Anne Windsor, 59, of North East, MD, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022. Born in Elkton, MD, on December 10, 1962, she was the daughter of the late Nelson, Jr. and Fredia Cox Chadwick.

A homemaker, Mrs. Windsor loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening.

Survivors include her children, Melissa, Allyson, and Danielle Windsor, all of North East, MD; grandchildren, Alexandria, Blair, and Xander; and siblings, Nelson Chadwick, III, and Rebecca Boggs, both of Elkton, MD, and Mike Chadwick, North East, MD.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Brian Windsor.

Funeral services will be private.
