Patricia Gail Kerr, 71, of Elkton, MD, passed away on September 11, 2023. Born in Bayview, MD on January 6, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Henry Parsons and Iva Lee Biggs Nabb.

Ms. Kerr retired as an assembler from GE Energy, Newark DE. She enjoyed spending time with her two children, three grandchildren and many siblings, she also enjoyed playing computer games.

Survivors include her children, Melissa "Missy" Levering and David Kerr (Corrine), all of Elkton, MD; three grandchildren, Cayla Kerr, Owen Kerr and Rylee Kerr; siblings, Rosemary Biggs, Helen Sturgill, Liz Perkins, Sally Hodgson, Ruby Heath, all of Elkton, MD, Jackie Biggs, Rising Sun, MD and Leroy Dick, Hinton, WV.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Harry Parsons, Carolyn "Hootie" Trent, Johnny Biggs and Robert Parsons.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
