Born on August 26, 1945, Noble lived a life defined by hard work, dedication to his country and a deep love for his family. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, he carried his strong work ethic into his professional life as the owner and operator of Noble Home Improvements.

Beyond his career, Noble had a vibrant spirit and a passion for classic cars. He cherished his personal car collection and loved cruising to local car shows. Above all else, his greatest joy came from spending time with his beloved grandchildren, who brought immense happiness to his life.

Survivors include his daughter; Sara Escoto (Armando), Elkton, MD, grandchildren; Andrew Nino, Joseph Nino, Sean Escoto, Trevor Escoto, and Mandi Escoto, and brother; Jack H. McCoy (Cindy), North East, MD.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Jasper Harold McCoy Sr. and Maxine Chambers McCoy, his beloved wife of 32 years; Patsy Wyatt McCoy, siblings; Charles E. McCoy, Ralph J. McCoy, and Virginia R. Asbury.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Darlene Walsh for the compassionate care and kindness provided to their loved one.

Funeral service with military honors will be held 1 PM, Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921, with visitation beginning at 12 PM. Interment will be in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton, MD.
