Nancy Darlene Stanavich, age 81, of Bear, DE, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023. Born in Danville, PA, on July 21, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Bertha Bostian Rearick.

A homemaker for the last several years, Mrs. Stanavich was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and faithful church goer. She loved boston terriers, especially her beloved late dog Oreo, and crocheting in her spare time.

Survivors include her children, Darlene Darragh (Jim), Galloway, NJ, Wayne Rising, CA, and Shelly Spinelli, Bear, DE; siblings, Christal Phillips (Jim), Rockport, IN, and Kitty Collishaw, Owensboro, KY; 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and daughter-in-law, Sharon Rising, Sunbury, PA.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Stanavich was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Stanavich; son, Brent Rising; infant daughter, Yvonne Rising; and siblings, Donald and Roger Rearick, and Bertha Lynn.

A memorial service will be held on April 22, 2023, at 3 p.m., at New Life Worship Center, 80 S. Hook Road, Pennsville, NJ.
