Nancy Carol Barrow, 87, of Elkton, MD passed away on Friday, August 23, 2024. Born in West Virginia on January 26, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Merle Rorrer Burnside.

A devoted homemaker, Carol took great joy in creating a loving and welcoming home for her family. Carol loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who brought her immense joy. She enjoyed cooking, flowers, gardening, and visiting with friends. Her faith in God was a cornerstone of her life. A devout Christian, she attended the First Assembly of God.

Survivors include her son, David Barrow and wife, Kim, Elkton, MD; and grandchildren, Ryan and Kasey Barrow.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 43 years, Lewis Barrow; and sister, Katy Burnside.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921, with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment will be in Brookview Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD.
