Milan Soriano Baltazar, M.D., 77, of Elkton, MD passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Born in Manila, Philippines on November 12, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Jose and Rosa Flores Soriano.

Dr. Baltazar retired as a beloved OB/GYN in Elkton, MD. She dedicated her life to the medical profession, bringing new life into the world and providing compassionate care to countless women throughout her esteemed career.

Survivors include her loving husband of 49 years, Roland Baltazar; children, Elizabeth Ann Baltazar, Elkton, MD, Gerard Anthony Baltazar, New Rochelle, NY, and Diana Iris Gross, Long Island City, NY; granddaughters, Isabella Milinda Baltazar, and Ava Mandie Baltazar; and her sister, Aleth Romana, Philippines.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM, Monday, June 3, 2024 at Immaculate Conception Church, 454 Bow Street, Elkton, MD 21921, where visitation will be held 9:30 – 10:45 in the Church Chapel. Interment will be private in Mount Aviat Cemetery, Childs, MD.
