Maureen Theresa Donohue, age 83, of Elkton, MD, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2021. Born in Philadelphia, PA, on February 4, 1938, she was the daughter of the late John F. and Marie Cummings Donohue.

Miss Donohue retired as a research assistant in the Medical Research Department of Lankenau Hospital, Philadelphia. She was a member of St. Margaret Roman Catholic Church, Narberth, PA, and was an Associate in Mercy. Miss Donohue had been a coxswain on the Vespers Rowing Club, Philadelphia. She enjoyed skiing and had resided in Norway for a few years.

She is survived by her sister, Loretta Brennan, Elkton, MD.

In addition to her parents, Miss Donohue was preceded in death by her siblings, Sister Marie Germaine Mercedes Donohue and Jack Donohue.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Friday, July 9, 2021, at Immaculate Conception Church, 454 Bow Street, Elkton, MD. Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:45 a.m. in the church chapel. Interment will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Cherry Hill, MD.
