Mary Carol Flemming, 88, of Earleville, MD, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Born in Philadelphia, PA, on September 14, 1936, she was the daughter of the late James and Marion Lee McDonnell.

Mary graduated with a degree in Paralegal Litigation from Widener University, where she laid the foundation for a distinguished career in the legal field. After completing her studies, Mary had worked for many years at various law firms before retiring.

Survivors include her children, Diane Flemming of Earleville, MD, and Mark Flemming (Cathi) of Morton, PA; grandchildren, Mark Flemming, Shawn Flemming, and Melissa Caporale; and great-grandchildren; Miles Flemming, Landon Healey, and Avery Szyarto.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Ronald Flemming Sr.; son Ronald Flemming; and brother, James McDonnell Jr.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA 19008, with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM. Interment will be in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, 1600 S. Sproul Road, Springfield, PA 19064.
