Margaret Joyce King, 63, of Elkton, MD passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025. Born in Elkton on November 6, 1962, she was the daughter of the late Irving Joseph, Sr. and Margaret Jane Jackson Sadler.

Joy King, who dedicated her career to medical billing in the healthcare field, was known for her warm spirit, steady work ethic, and the kindness she showed to everyone around her. In her free time, she enjoyed cross-stitching. She was an active member of the Elkton VFW and loved watching theatre shows. Above all, Joy treasured her family and is lovingly remembered by her children and her 16 grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Survivors include her companion of 20 years, Leroy Cox, Elkton, MD, son's; Michael Irving Mills, Hubbard, OH, Joseph Owen King, Elkton, MD, and Justin Wayne King, Hammonton, NJ, 16 grandchildren; siblings; Irving Sadler, Jr., Linda Mae Gillis, Lisa Holmes, Theresa Hilaman, Michael Sadler, Joe Sadler, and Robert Sadler.

Celebration of life service will be held 1 PM, Saturday, December 13, 2025, at St. John's Church, 595 Lewisville Road, Elkton, MD  21921.

Flowers are welcome, however contributions may be made to St. John's Church at the above address.
