Lucille Anne
Siegfried
February 13, 1933 – April 28, 2025
Lucille Anne Siegfried, 92, of Elkton, MD passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025. Born in Drums, PA on February 13, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Milton and Anna Yeager Drasher.
Lucille was a devoted homemaker throughout her life, known for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering dedication to those around her. She served as a beloved Cub Scouts Den Mother, sharing guidance and care with countless young children over the years. Lucille was also a receptionist at Bobbie Ann's Dance Studio, where she enjoyed interacting with the young dancers. She and Bob loved to travel, and split their time between Florida, Elkton, MD, and Millsboro, DE. In her free time, she enjoyed the camaraderie of cards, bingo nights and expressing her creativity through crafting. Perhaps most notably, Lucille opened her heart and home to many children as a foster parent, offering love, stability, and a nurturing environment to those in need. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched with kindness and compassion.
Survivors include her children, Carole Baczkowski (Joseph), and Donald Siegfried, both of Elkton, MD; daughter-in-law, Dale Siegfried; grandchildren, Alicia, Christopher, Bethany, and Carly (Jon); great-grandchildren, Jack, Grant, and Riley; and her siblings, Ruthie Lowe, Alvin Drasher, Shirley Drasher, John Drasher, Dorothy George (Frank), and Susan Lasecki (Rick).
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Siegfried; and her brothers, Robert, Leo "Jimmy", Leonard, and Charles Drasher.
Funeral service will be held 1 PM, Saturday, May 31, 2025 at St. John's Reformed Church, 772 St. Johns Road, Saint Johns, PA 18247. Interment will be in St. Johns Cemetery, Saint Johns, PA.
