Lorenzo M. Alagia, Jr., 85, of Newark, DE passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024. Born in Elkton, MD on March 10, 1939, he was the son of the late Lorenzo, Sr. and Mildred Watson Alagia.

Lorenzo proudly served his country as a Navy veteran from 1956 to 1959. Following his honorable service, he pursued higher education and earned a business degree, which paved the way for a successful career. Lorenzo's professional journey led him to become a respected House Services Coordinator and bartender at the DuPont Country Club.

Survivors include his loving spouse and companion of 48 years, William Pearson, Jr.; sister, Rose Brown; brother-in-law, Donald Hislop; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Margaret Kaplow, Mary Maloney, and Loretta Hislop.

Graveside service will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Singerly Road, Elkton, MD 21921.
