Larry Mark Wright, 57, of Elkton, MD, passed away on October 29, 2023. Born in Wilmington, DE on May 29, 1966, he was the son of Viola L. Hammond Wright and the late Paul L. Wright.

Mr. Wright had been a Pastor at St. Mark Church, North East, MD, Mount Salem Church, Pilesgrove, NJ, and a Security Guard in Delaware. A very audio video talented man, he had been a videographer for Cecil College sporting events, a baseball umpire in his spare time, a member of Trinity AUMP, and the Methodist Men.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his sister, Fayetta Downs (Ernest), Denton, MD; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Trinity AUMP Church, 174 Trinity Church Road, North East, MD 21901, with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM. Interment will be in Trinity AUMP Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to Hicks Home for Funerals, P.A. at 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921 to assist with funeral expenses.
