Kenneth Lee Harrigan Jr., 73, of Elkton, MD passed away at home surrounded by his loved ones on Sunday, July 19, 2026. Born in Elkton, MD on August 7, 1952, he was the son of the late Kenneth Lee Harrigan and Susan Keefer Harrigan.

Mr. Harrigan retired from AstraZeneca. He was a proud veteran who served in the United States Army. Mr. Harrigan enjoyed camping, fishing, studying history, watching old movies, listening to Rock and Roll, and making new friends. Above all, he loved the time he spent with his family, who meant the world to him.

Ken is survived by his beloved; Elsie King Harrigan; children; Sarah Harrigan Sarma (Vadim), New York, New York, and Emily King Harrigan, Landenberg, PA; grandchildren; Lila and Zachary Sarma, his siblings; Susan Leigh Fleck, Newark, DE, and Michael Harrigan, Clarion, PA; nieces and nephews and his Godson, Thomas Fleck, Bear, DE.

Funeral service with military honors will be held at 11 AM on Monday, July 27, 2026, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921, Visitation will begin at 10AM. Interment will be private.
