Kay Eileen Mullen Reynolds, 76, of Newark, DE, passed away Friday, February 24, 2023.  Born in Clear Spring, MD on November 20, 1946, she was the daughter of Leona G. Wills Mullen, Perryville, MD and the late Elmer R. Mullins.

A Registered Nurse, Kay had most recently worked for the State of Delaware Hospice.

In addition to her mother, Kay is survived by her sisters, Judy A. Mullen, Elkton, MD and Donna M. Ward (Tom), Perryville, MD; nephew, William Ward and grand nephew, Max Smith, as well as close friends, Karla and Kenny Heath

Kay was preceded in death by her daughter, Andrea Reynolds.

A celebration of life service with interment in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton will be held at a date to be announced.
