Kathleen Marie Smith, age 73, of Elkton, MD, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022. Born in Elkton on December 22, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Lorris L. and Carrie E. Hamilton Smith.

Ms. Smith retired from General Motors, Lansing, MI, where she worked as a supervisor. She loved spending time with her family and her pets, attending family picnics, and traveling.

Survivors include 5 nieces, 1 nephew, 2 great-nieces, and 1 great-nephew.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 4 brothers, and 3 sisters.

Funeral service and interment will be private.
