Judith Webb Lockard, 59, of Elkton, MD, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2023. Born in Elkton, on December 21, 1963, she was the daughter of Clarence Robert, Sr and Edith Nocke Webb.

Survivors include her husband of 36 years, John S. Lockard; children, Andrew W. Lockard, Rising Sun, MD and Samantha Lockard Cecil (Robert), Elkton, MD; grandchildren, Logan Lehman and Robert Cecil; brother, Jeffrey Webb (Kalli), Elkton, MD; nephews, Joshua Webb; Clarence R. Webb, III, Daniel Nocke Webb, Brady Hall, and many other extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Clarence Robert Webb, Jr and Daniel Michael Webb.

Mrs. Lockard enjoyed bird watching, genealogy, crocheting, crafting, days and walks on the beach, being outdoors, and taking care of children.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Hicks Home for Funerals at 103 W. Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921, where visitation will begin at 10 AM. Interment will be in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park.
