Joyce Elaine Blevins, age 59, of Elkton, MD, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022. Born in Elkton, MD, on August 16, 1963, she was the daughter of the late James and Janet Brumit Blevins.

A homemaker, Joyce loved being with her family and helping others in any way that she could.

Survivors include her children, Travis Croney, and Stacey Gauss; siblings, Edward Blaine (Bonnie), Belva Marlow, Rose McClellan (Guy), and Teresa Murray (Dave); grandchildren, Grace Elizabeth, Joshua, Travis, Jr., and Cheyanne; and companion William McDowell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, James Blevins, Jr., and Kerry Blevins, Sr.

Graveside service will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, December 29, 2022, at North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
