Joseph "Joey" Allen Devonshire, Jr., age 61, of Elkton, MD, lost his battle to cancer after a 6-year fight on Saturday, June 25, 2022.

Joey was an amazing, hard-working man that lived for his family. He loved fishing, back porch sitting, Hank Williams, Jr., and man's best friend the late Toby (Devonshire).

Survivors include his daughters, Danielle Ford (Alfred, II), and Mary Jane Devonshire (Jeff Taylor, Jr.); mother, Shirley Devonshire; sister, Marie Cruz; brother-in-law, Ruben Cruz; nephew, RJ Cruz; niece, Ana Cruz; grandchildren, Landen Harris, Jayden Taylor, Maelynn Ford, Gage Taylor, and Renee Ford.

Joey was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Devonshire, Sr.; and grandmother, Marie Schirling.

Graveside service will be private with interment in Hopewell Cemetery.
