John Wayne Davis, 41, of Elkton, MD, passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2021. Born in Elkton, MD on August 26, 1979, he was the son of Joan Barnett Davis, Elkton, MD, and the late Andrew Davis.

Mr. Davis previously worked as a laborer doing residential construction. He loved spending time with his family, exercising, and was an avid sports fan. He loved dogs but had a soft spot for pitbulls.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his daughter, Alyssa Jewel; brothers, Luke Davis (Reba) and Brian Davis, both of Elkton, MD; nieces, Nicole, Tiffany, and Carroll; and his two grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD, where visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton.
