Joan Frances Frazer-Shahan, 76, of Hockessin, DE passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025. Born in Virginia on January 11, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Vernon Lee and Frances Deavers Watson.

Joan spent many dedicated years working for UPS as a picker/packer before retiring. She had a creative spirit and loved arts and crafts, coloring, and spending time with word searches and card games. A fan of a good mystery, Joan was rarely found without a crime drama or detective show playing on the television.

Survivors include her children, Richard Frazer, Port Deposit, MD, Eric Frazer, Kissimmee, FL, and Heather Frazer, Elkton, MD; grandchildren, Lacey Frazer, Ashley Conner, Kasey Conner, and Marian Conner; great-grandchildren, TJ and Jemma; and siblings, Kathryn "Kitty" Sprout, Sharon Arbour, both of Elkton, MD, and Lee Watson, Gardner, NC.

Graveside service will be held 10:30 AM, Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. Dupont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720.
