Jay Ralph Smith, age 64, of Rising Sun, MD, passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021. Born in Havre de Grace, MD on August 9, 1956, he was the son of the late Ralph and Donice Houtz Smith.

Mr. Smith was a retired stone mason for 37 years.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Julia Lynn Graham Smith; and siblings, Donna Smith Rice, Elkton, MD, and Carol Smith Williams, Seattle, WA.
