Jane Ann Haley, 83, of Rising Sun, MD passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2026. Born in Elkton, on December 24, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Melvin Albert Foracre and Marie Mary Albright Foracre.

Ms. Haley loved spending time at the beach, taking walks, helping those in need, and playing bingo. She especially enjoyed sharing a good meal and the company of family and friends.

Ms. Haley will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, and the joy she found in being with those she loved.

Survivors include her stepchildren; Darlene Darragh (Jim), Wayne Rising and Shelly Spinelli and brother; Allen Foracre.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by companion; Leon Rising, and stepson; Brent Rising.

Funeral service will be held at a later date.
