James Kenneth Case, Jr., 82, of Rising Sun, MD, formally of Hartley, DE passed away on October 23, 2023. Born in Elkton, MD on February 12, 1941, he was the son of the late James K. Sr. and Mary E. Scott Case.

A U.S. National Guard Veteran, Mr. Case retired as a Farmer.

Survivors include his son, James K. Case, III; siblings, Paula Spence, Elkton, MD, Arlene Stringer, Rising Sun, MD, Alice Green (Larry), Purlear, NC; and brother-in-law, Wayne Welch.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Louise Thomas (William), Donald Case (Margaret), Edward Case, Donna Welch, Jayne Case; and brother-in-law, Richard Spence, Sr.

Graveside service with Military Honors will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday, October 31, 2023 in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Appleton Road, Elkton.
