James Anderson Campbell, Jr., 76, of North East, MD, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2023. Born on February 22, 1947, he was the son of the late James Anderson Campbell, Sr. and Janet Dickerson Poore.

Mr. Campbell was a member of the UAW Local #1183, Newark, DE. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include his children, Paula Campbell and James Campbell III; grandchildren, Ronnie Stewart (Amy), Ashley Brown (Aaron), Brittany Campbell (Justin), Morgan Bowen (Michael), and Megan Buranen (Dan); and great-grandchildren, Shyanne, Liam, Bryson, Evelynn, and Logan.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Campbell was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Sandra Jane Campbell; daughter, Patricia Brock; and great-grandson, Sean Michael.

Funeral service and interment will be private.
