Herbert W. Dean, Jr., age 72, of Elkton, MD, passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021. Born in Elkton on January 2, 1949, he was the son of the late Herbert W., Sr., and Lucie Hasson Dean.

Mr. Dean had previously worked for Plasticoid. He loved hunting, fishing, crabbing, and playing pool.

Survivors include his siblings, Jerry G. Dean (Carolynn), Elkton, MD, Linda M. Whitlock, North East, MD, and Robert A. Dean (Nanette), Rock Hall, MD; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 PM, Friday, August 13, 2021, at Immaculate Conception Church, 455 Bow Street, Elkton, MD  21921. Interment will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Cherry Hill, MD.
