Helen Lorine Lockard, 44, of North East, MD, passed away Friday, February 4, 2022.  Born in Elkton, MD on September 7, 1977, she was the daughter of Donna Harrington Lockard and the late Howard Lockard, Jr.

A homemaker, Ms. Lockard enjoyed spending time with her family as well as solving puzzles, taking trips to the beach, and attending sports events.  She was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and North East High School football fan.  A very generous person, Ms. Lockard was a Gift of Life donor.

Survivors include her children, Christopher M. Pugh Jr., Elkton, MD, Justin Sullivan and Joshua Sullivan, both of North East, MD; siblings, Rosalisa Lockard Hodgson (Danny) and Howard Lockard III, all of North East, MD; her companion, Clarence Biggs, North East, MD as well as numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends.

In addition to her father, Ms. Lockard was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Helen and Howard Lockard, Sr. and maternal grandparents, Dorothy and Thomas Harrington.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Friday, February 11, 2022 at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton St., Elkton, MD 21921 with visitation beginning at 10 AM.  Interment will be in Rose Bank Cemetery, Calvert, MD.
