Harold E. Philhower, Jr., 41, of Elkton, MD, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023. Born in Elkton on June 11, 1981, he was the son of Susan Spence and the late Harold E. Philhower, Sr.

Mr. Philhower worked as a cook in the restaurant industry. He enjoyed martial arts, drawing, and cooking.

In addition to his mom, he is survived by his children, Arik, Lana and Scarlett Philhower and siblings, Beth Jarosz, Melissa, Carl, and William Philhower.

In addition to his father, Mr. Philhower is preceded in death by his daughter, Ravyn.

Funeral service will be held 2 PM, Friday, June 16, 2023, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921, where visitation will begin at 1 PM. Interment will be private.
