Gloria Jean Hunter, 80, of Chesapeake City, MD passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023.  Born in Easton, MD on April 28, 1943, she was the daughter of the late William and Florence Matthews Hunter.

Ms. Hunter enjoyed playing bingo, flower gardening, and being outdoors.

Survivors include her children, Cathy Reed, Joppa, MD, Michele Breslin, Hartly, DE, Raymond J. Gralewski, Jr. (Anna), and Laura Wright (Daniel), both of Elkton, MD; grandchildren, Curtis, Chris, Bryan, Raymond III, Kristen, Shawn Michael, Jessica, Danny, and Taylor; 5 great-grandchildren, and sister, Dianne Bezilik.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Hunter was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Benton.

Services will be private with interment in Bethel Cemetery, Chesapeake City, MD. Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
