Geraldine Marita Thomas Davis, 83, of Port Deposit, MD passed away Friday, August 19, 2022.  Born in Criders, VA, on December 6, 1938, she was the daughter of the late William P. and Lettie Dove Thomas.

Mrs. Davis had been a Health Care Associate with the State of Maryland.  She enjoyed camping with her family as well as reading, sewing, gardening, and cooking.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, the late Leonard Herschell Davis, and son, Michael Snider and his wife, Donna.

Survivors include her children, Colin Snider (Amy Wolfe), Mathias, WV, Denise Wallace, North East, MD, Jerry Lynn Franklin, Mexico; sister, Nadine Murphy, Front Royal, VA. step-sister, Doris Mongold, Bergton, VA and sister-in-law, Jean Thomas, Broadway, VA; grandchildren, Tamara Wolfe, Bridget Snider, Tonya Wallace, and Andrew, Bryn and Cassie Franklin; 6 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 West Stockton Street, Elkton with visitation beginning at 10 a.m.  Interment will follow in Elkton Cemetery, Howard Street, Elkton.
