Frances Ann Bullock, 73, of Elkton, MD passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2026. Born in Elkton on June 1, 1953, she was the daughter of the late George A. and Elsie M. Quay Bullock.

Ms. Bullock spent many years working as a sales clerk for various retail stores and earlier in life worked as a bartender. She enjoyed quiet, creative hobbies and could often be found crocheting, making flower arrangements, working on puzzles, or reading a good book.

Survivors include her children; Tammy Ann Mayberry, Tonya May Norvell, Tina Marie Noah, and Richard Stanley Goddard; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Gerald "Jerry" Lee Bullock and Dolores Ann Crouse.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Monday, February 2, 2026, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD  21921, with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Elkton, MD.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (ATTN: Memorial Giving), American Lung Association, or to the American Cancer Society, in care of Hicks Home for Funerals, at the above address.
