Elizabeth Catherine Terrell, 55, of Lincoln University, PA, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025. Born in Fairfax County, VA, on September 10, 1969, she was the daughter of Allan and Portia Newton Loomis.

A proud alumna of Moore College of Art and Design, Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts degree and went on to pursue her passion for creativity and craftsmanship. She built a successful custom jewelry business, where her unique designs were cherished by customers both across the United States and internationally. She had been a devoted member of Newark United Methodist Church and an active participant in the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay. A two-time cancer survivor, Elizabeth faced every challenge with quiet strength and resilience. In her free time, she found joy in watching Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, and her favorite British murder mysteries.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband of 15 years, Douglas Terrell; daughter, Lillian Terrell, Lincoln University, PA; siblings, Christopher Loomis (Penny), Jessup, MD, Joseph Loomis (Liz), North East, MD, and Stephanie Laitila (Regan), Seminole, FL; and nieces, Charlotte Laitila and Lexie Malenfant.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Newark United Methodist Church, 69 E. Main Street, Newark, DE 19711, with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment will be private.
