Edith Nocke Webb, 87, of Elkton, MD passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. Born in Elkton on December 13, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Emil and Evelyn Pierson Nocke.

Edith enjoyed a long and fulfilling career as an Information Technology teacher at Cecil College, where she inspired and educated many students over the years. In addition to her work, she was a devoted member of the Women's Club in Elkton. Edith built meaningful friendships and actively participated in community activities. She was also an avid bowling enthusiast and loved to knit.

Survivors include her son, Jeffrey T. Webb (Kalli), Elkton, MD; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; son-in-law, John Lockard, Elkton, MD; daughter-in-law, Wendy Webb, Elkton, MD; and her sister, Josephine Gillen, Kansas City, KS.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Clarence "Bob" Webb Sr.; children, Clarence "Bobby" Webb Jr., Daniel "Reds" Webb, and Judith Webb Lockard; and her siblings, Annabelle Markley, Jane Fries, Mary Hoopes, and Henry Nocke.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921, with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment will be in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton, MD.
